Established in 1996, Health on Wheels is a unique partnership between Kaiser Permanente, California State University Long Beach (CSULB), City of Norwalk and the Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District. It is a school-based mobile pediatric clinic that provides free health care services to the uninsured and underinsured children in the Norwalk-La Mirada school district. Our bilingual staff is friendly, professional and consists of three licensed pediatric nurse practitioners, and a medical assistant.

Health on Wheels visits ten school sites on a weekly rotating schedule throughout the school year. To schedule an appointment, call us at (562) 884-1947 or contact the school site liaison.
